General Terms and Conditions of Vajzë GmbH
Introduction
By placing an order on www.vajze.ch, you agree to purchase a Product subject to the following General Terms & Conditions of Vajzë GmbH (“Terms & Conditions”).
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and deliveries made through the website www.vajze.ch (the “Site”).
They contain important information for you as a customer – please read them carefully before placing your order.
Definitions
Vajzë GmbH – a company established under Swiss law, trading under the name “Vajzë”.
Site – the website www.vajze.ch and all its subdomains.
Client – any individual or legal entity placing an order through the Site.
Product(s) – all items offered for sale on the Site.
Agreement – any purchase contract concluded between Vajzë GmbH and the Client, governed by these Terms & Conditions.
Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and deliveries by Vajzë GmbH, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any differing conditions proposed by the Client shall only apply if explicitly accepted by Vajzë GmbH in writing.
Prices and Information
All prices displayed on the Site include VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
If shipping costs apply, they will be clearly indicated before checkout.
While we take great care to ensure all information on our Site is accurate, typographical or technical errors may occur. Vajzë GmbH reserves the right to correct such errors at any time.
Colors of Products may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings or lighting conditions.
Formation of Agreement
The Agreement between the Client and Vajzë GmbH is concluded once the Client places an order through the Site and Vajzë GmbH confirms acceptance electronically.
Vajzë GmbH reserves the right to decline an order, for example, if a Product is unavailable or a clear pricing or description error occurs. In such cases, the Client will be notified, and any payment already made will be refunded immediately.
If the Client provides incomplete or incorrect information during the ordering process, Vajzë GmbH may suspend order processing until the correct information is received.
Execution of the Agreement
Once the Agreement has been concluded, Vajzë GmbH will process the Client’s order with due care and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Vajzë GmbH may engage carefully selected third parties – including production, logistics, or payment partners – to fulfil its obligations under the Agreement.
Information on delivery methods and estimated delivery times is provided on the Site. These estimates are non-binding and may vary depending on destination and availability.
If Vajzë GmbH cannot fulfil an order due to Product unavailability or other valid reasons, the Client will be informed without delay and may choose to wait, accept an alternative Product, or cancel the Agreement without incurring costs.
Delivery
Once confirmed, the Product will be handed over to Vajzë GmbH’s delivery partner for shipment to the delivery address specified by the Client.
Estimated delivery times are stated on the Site. If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days after order confirmation, Vajzë GmbH will notify the Client. The Client may then agree to a new delivery date or cancel the order for a full refund.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client once the Product is delivered to the specified address.
If a Product is no longer available after order confirmation, Vajzë GmbH may deliver an alternative Product of comparable nature and quality. The Client may accept this substitute or withdraw from the Agreement and return the Product free of charge.
Returns
Clients may return orders within 14 days of receipt.

Payment
All payments are made in accordance with the checkout process and available payment methods on the Site.
Vajzë GmbH reserves the right to update or modify available payment methods at any time.
In case of non-payment or chargeback, Vajzë GmbH reserves the right to suspend further deliveries or terminate the Agreement.
Product Quality & Warranty
Each Vajzë piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.
If a Product does not meet our quality standards, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@vajze.ch.
Depending on the situation, Vajzë GmbH may repair, replace, or refund the Product.
Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
Complaints
If you experience any issues with your order or our service, please contact us at info@vajze.ch.
We aim to respond within ten working days.
If more time is required to address your request, you will be informed accordingly.
Liability
The total liability of Vajzë GmbH in connection with any Agreement is limited to the total amount paid for the Product concerned (including VAT and shipping).
Vajzë GmbH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of income, opportunity, or data.
These limitations do not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Ownership
All Products remain the property of Vajzë GmbH until full payment has been received.
Personal Data
Vajzë GmbH processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
By using the Site, the Client consents to such processing and warrants that all data provided is accurate.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and all Agreements between the Client and Vajzë GmbH are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the district where Vajzë GmbH has its registered office.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
