When will I receive my order?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Zürich, Switzerland within 3 to 5 business days.
Transit times start from the shipping date, not the order date.
Orders placed during weekends – or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please allow for a few additional days during launch periods, as each piece is packed with care by our small team.
Shipping destinations & costs
We ship in Europe. Please note that international deliveries may take a few additional days depending on the destination and customs process.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Custom charges
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Vajzë GmbH is not responsible for any customs charges, delays, or import restrictions once the parcel has left Switzerland.
Tracking your order
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment confirmation, please reach out to us at info@vajze.ch and we will assist you.
Additional information
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our studio.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and contents, so we can help resolve the issue.
