The Written Foulard captures a meeting of text and textile — a quiet dialogue between poetry and form. Created in collaboration with zwischentext, a Zürich-based literary and interdisciplinary collective with a multilingual approach to the arts, it intertwines visual rhythm and written voice. Featuring a hand-drawn excerpt from “T’isha një lule” by Musine Kokalari, the very first female Albanian writer to publish a book, it carries both voice and gesture: “t’isha një lule – lule are, e vogël dhe me erë. të çelnja në pranverë.” The floral illustration reinterprets the poem’s tenderness and renewal, rendered in free ink lines that move like script across silk.
